A love of intuitive painting & abstract art practice, led Carolyn to understand the healing power of creativity & mindful presence to promote mental health & well-being. Combined with years of study in humanities, volunteering & life experience this led her to qualifying as a professional Counsellor. She has subsquently developed a creative, collaborative, responsive & caring therapeutic style.
